DIRECTOR - DONNA MIDDLETON
Donna Middleton has over 20 years experience in the fashion industry. Originally from New Zealand, Donna studied for her BA at London College of Fashion and New York’s Fashion Institute of Technology. She has worked for global brands such as Karen Walker, Amanda Wakely, TSE and Whistles, before leaving to set up The Shirt Company. Based in East London, Donna now brings her wealth of experience to the running of the business and designing the beautiful and innovative collections which The Shirt Company has become known for.
PR & MARKETING - BETTINA S. SAN LUIS
Bettina is a fashion marketing triple threat with her experience as a brand manager, fashion stylist, and social media manager. She graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Management Economics with a minor in Marketing from Ateneo de Manila University in the Philippines and an MSc in International Fashion Marketing from Coventry University. Bettina now enjoys being the marketing go-to girl at The Shirt Company.
COPYWRITING & SOCIAL MEDIA - KARLY RAYNER
Bursting with an insatiable curiosity, Karly has a passion for writing about everything, from fashion to film. Karly completed her BA at University of the Arts London in fine art. Since then, she’s honed her craft writing for a selection of Berlin start-ups and whipping up creative copy for various brands. Karly is currently studying to become an Art Psychotherapist at the Northern Art Therapy Programme in Sheffield while keeping her love of writing burning bright at The Shirt Company.
FINANCE - ARIANA MORKELIUNIENE
Ariana takes care of all bookkeeping and accounting at The Shirt Company. Originally from Lithuania, Ariana lives in North London and is an AAT Affiliate Member, and a City and Guilds qualified bookkeeper. With a passion for Quickbooks, formulas and spreadsheets, she effortlessly ensures everything adds up.
HEAD OF SECURITY - MONTY
A pure breed Ocicat, Monty possesses the most distinguished heritage of any of The Shirt Company team, not to mention the fluffiest. Having trained at The Royal College of Hunting and Gathering, Monty won’t let anything get in the way of his responsibilities at The Shirt Company – apart from maybe chicken.
